  Construction of the infrastructure and the connection to the city services, the building of the golf course, the creation of inland lakes for the irrigation and the building of a sewage treatment plant.

  The building of 230 villas with 5 different options, 267 apartments and a Commercial Mall of 10.000 m2 and a service area for offices. The project is divided in 3 phases. The connection of the plot to the existing roads, and the building of the S.T.P. and the use of the treated water for the creation of lakes to be used for irrigation of the Golf Course and the garden areas.
